Though summer in Louisiana is considered to be a ‘slow’ season, it can be great time to visit. Typically flights and hotel rates will be at their lowest and there are plenty of festivals that will keep you busy. Most of these events celebrate the different elements that make up our rich history. Each year many tourists from around the globe travel here to get a taste of that culture and the food.
